S. feminism, the regions of the communities are interesting in terms of the history of feminist organizing. 108 Because much of contemporary feminism is visible in university settings, two of the case sites are focused on college-oriented communities, also due to issues of access and entrée. My goal was to come into contact with feminist networks that could pull me into a feminist social movement community and once engaged, I could then identity the major organizations, events, institutions and actors (as identified by the feminists) that make up the community.
