Indeed, Abp Haverland appeals to them to make the point that receptionism is ruled out by our liturgical formularies considered in full (see p.113 of Anglican Catholic Faith and Practice, Second Edition). It's still shipping, but yeah, I ordered it. The old names once more appear on the stage, and the close of the great drama carries us back as it were to its beginning. Great was the joy of Leo X. at the expulsion of the French. Also some of the commoner visual elements peculiar to the older Roman Rite - "the big six" on the altar, tabernacles, genuflection, the major elevations, cassocks and cottas for servers have been widely adopted.
